Our zero deposit policy is straightforward and transparent – there are no hidden fees or catches. We want to make it easy and hassle-free for you to book your dream tour without having to worry about immediate payment.

When you book with us, you can reserve your spot on one of our tours without having to make any payment at that moment. This means that you can secure your spot on a tour you’re interested in and avoid the stress of missing out, without having to worry about losing money if you need to change your plans later on. It also allows you to book for your group without having to coordinate everyone’s payment at once – you can simply book the places you need and confirm later.

To give you even more peace of mind, we don’t even ask for any credit card details at this point. You can rest assured that your booking is totally risk-free.

In most cases, a deposit of 10% per person will be payable either when the tour is fully booked or 90 days prior to departure – whichever comes first. This will be clearly stated when you book your tour, so you can plan accordingly.

We want to emphasize that even when a deposit is finally required, our deposit amount is extremely low and is intended to make adventurous travel as accessible as possible for our customers. It’s important to us that you have the flexibility to plan your trip without having to worry about a large upfront payment.

We believe that travel should be accessible and stress-free, and we don’t want upfront payments to be a barrier.

In fact, we don’t think deposits should be necessary for anyone booking tours, holidays, or flights far in advance unless the tour is fully booked and later cancellations could prevent others from joining. That’s why we’ve negotiated contracts with our partners that don’t require immediate deposits and come with penalty-free cancellation policies.

Rather than keeping customer funds in our accounts for many months, we prefer to pass on the benefits of these contracts to you, so you can book your tour without financial concerns. Our goal is to help you enjoy the trip of a lifetime and create unforgettable memories without any unnecessary stress.

At around 90 days before your travel date, most tour operators typically require their clients to make their final payment, the same time that we’re asking for a small deposit.

Our deposit at 90 days is sufficient for us to confirm and secure all the tour elements, including internal flights, hotels, transport, and activities. As a result, we’re able to ask for the final payment much later and offer you two convenient options to pay.

1. You can choose to pay the full amount 30 days before your travel date
2. You can pay 50% of the balance 30 days before and the remaining amount upon your arrival in cash.

Allowing payment on arrival does need to come with a few conditions to ensure our own protection. You can find more details about these conditions in our Booking Conditions.

Booking your tour is a breeze! Simply click the “Book Now” button on the tour page and follow the easy booking process. Alternatively, you can get in touch with us and we’ll take care of securing your booking.

If your tour date is at least 90 days away, you’re eligible for our “Book Now, Pay Later” option. This means you can secure your spot on the tour without paying anything upfront.

Even if your tour is within 90 days, as long as it’s at least 14 days away, you can still book without a deposit. Your booking will be held for 1 week, during which time we’ll contact you to confirm whether you want to firm up the booking or not.

We’ll send you a friendly email reminder shortly before any deposit is due. If no payment is received by the deposit deadline, we won’t automatically cancel your booking. Instead, we’ll make every effort to contact you and find out how you’d like to proceed.
