Zero Deposit

We totally get that you may have some questions about our zero deposit booking policy. After all, it’s not every day that you come across a travel company that doesn’t require any upfront payment, so we’re happy to provide you with more information.

Our zero deposit policy is straightforward and transparent – there are no hidden fees or catches. We want to make it easy and hassle-free for you to book your dream tour without having to worry about immediate payment.

When you book with us, you can reserve your spot on one of our tours without having to make any payment at that moment. This means that you can secure your spot on a tour you’re interested in and avoid the stress of missing out, without having to worry about losing money if you need to change your plans later on. It also allows you to book for your group without having to coordinate everyone’s payment at once – you can simply book the places you need and confirm later.

To give you even more peace of mind, we don’t even ask for any credit card details at this point. You can rest assured that your booking is totally risk-free.


In most cases, a deposit of 10% per person will be payable either when the tour is fully booked or 90 days prior to departure – whichever comes first. This will be clearly stated when you book your tour, so you can plan accordingly.

We want to emphasize that even when a deposit is finally required, our deposit amount is extremely low and is intended to make adventurous travel as accessible as possible for our customers.   1. You can choose to pay the full amount 30 days before your travel date
  2. You can pay 50% of the balance 30 days before and the remaining amount upon your arrival in cash.

Allowing payment on arrival does need to come with a few conditions to ensure our own protection. You can find more details about these conditions in our Booking Conditions.
